Serhiy Moskovko

Position: President

Qualification: Head of the Department of Neurology at M.I. Pirogov Vinnytsia National Medical University, Scientific Supervisor of Regional and Municipal Acute Stroke Centers, President of the USMS NGO (Ukrainian Society of Stroke Medicine)

Short biography: Sergiy Moskovko actively works on the development of proposals for regulatory acts related to the establishment and operation of stroke departments (stroke units and centers) and medical technology documents (clinical guidelines, standards, protocols) concerning stroke care within the Working Group of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. He also focuses on organizing and conducting pilot training programs for the personnel of supporting hospitals with stroke units, as well as conducting on-site training as part of cooperation between the USMS NGO and the Poltava Stroke Simulation Center.

Dmytro Lebedynets

Position: Founder and member of the management board

Qualification: Head of the Stroke Center at the Clinical Hospital "Feofania," State Management of Affairs

Short biography: Consultant on the development of medical care for stroke patients in a joint project of the World Bank and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, "Improving Healthcare for the People". Head of the Expert Group of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in the field of "Neurological and Neurosurgical Care," member of working groups of the Ministry of Health and the National Health Service of Ukraine on the regulatory framework for stroke care in Ukraine, development of procurement project specifications for medical services under the guaranteed healthcare program, and development of industry standards for stroke care.

Yuriy Cherednychenko

Position: Member of the management board

Qualification: neurosurgeon at the Endovascular Center of the Dnipropetrovsk Mechnikov Regional Clinical Hospital, proctor-consultant in neurointerventions for Medtronic Neurovascular, USA, and MicroVention, USA.

Short biography: His work involves the development of local medical care pathways for patients with all types of acute stroke (including all types of hemorrhagic stroke and ischemic stroke) at all stages of medical care based on standards and protocols. He is responsible for preparing, organizing, and conducting pilot educational programs for the staff of supporting hospitals with stroke units.

Mykhailo Tonchev

Position:Founder and member of the management board

Qualification: neurosurgeon at the Poltava Sklifosovsky Regional Clinical Hospital, an assistant at the Department of Neurology with Neurosurgery and Medical Genetics at Poltava State Medical University. Аctively involved as an organizer and speaker in training programs for doctors at the Poltava Stroke Simulation Center.

Short biography : Mykhailo Tonchev is actively engaged in the development of proposals for regulatory acts related to the establishment and operation of stroke departments (stroke units and centers) and medical technology documents (clinical guidelines, standards, protocols) related to stroke care as part of the Working Group of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. He is also involved in organizing and conducting pilot training programs for the personnel of supporting hospitals with stroke units and off-site training as part of cooperation between the USMS NGO and the Poltava Stroke Simulation Center.

Position:Member of the management board

Qualification: Neurologist, Head of the Neurology Department at the Volyn Regional Center for Cardiovascular Pathology of the Lutsk City Territorial Community Association "Medical Association of Lutsk City Territorial Community."

Position: Speaker of the Ukraine Stroke Simulation Centre (Poltava) and Assistant at the Department of Neurology No. 1 of Kharkiv National Medical University; neurologist at Medical House "Odrex", Odesa
